About

Molly leads the expansion of the Libraries' data management service portfolio, including managing and promoting the UH Dataverse Repository and DMPTool, expanding partnerships across campus to address current and emerging data management needs among faculty, students, and research centers, and contributing to other aspects of UH Libraries' digital publishing and repository ecosystem.


Background

Molly brings over 20 years of experience in academic and health sciences libraries, including roles at the Network of the National Library of Medicine, Tulane University's Rudolph Matas Library of the Health Sciences, and the John P. Isché Library at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-New Orleans. Molly is a Distinguished Member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals (Medical Library Association). Her current service includes the Medical Library Association Executive Board, the Association of Academic Health Sciences Libraries (AAHSL)/MLA Joint Educational Research/Assessment Task Force, and the University of South Florida School of Information MLIS Advisory Council. Molly is Editor-in-Chief of the peer-reviewed journal Medical Reference Services Quarterly, and the author of numerous publications. Molly earned her MA in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida (2002) and her BA in English with Honors from University of Florida (2000).
