Manage the Library’s Primary Public Service Points (Reference, Circulation, Shelving) and Associated Services (Interlibrary Loan, Faculty Delivery/Photocopy, Computing Services, Learning Commons)
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality customer service at all service points
- Managing the Library’s computer labs (Academic Research Center & Learning Commons)
- Providing in-person and virtual reference services
- Planning and scheduling reference services (in-person and virtual)
- Statistical reporting to gauge effectiveness and identify areas in need of improvement
- Strategic planning for future developments
- Building management
- Plan and implement logistics for collection development projects
