Elizabeth Irvin-Stravoski is the Manager of the Digital Research Commons (DRC) for the University of Houston Libraries. In this role, she assists the Digital Research Services department with the policies, procedures, and availability of the space; providing students, faculty, and staff with the tools and support required to research using digital methods. Elizabeth also assists with managing University of Houston’s Institutional Repository.
Elizabeth’s research interests lie in the realm of medieval literature, with a focus on digital methods. Prior to her staff position at UH, Elizabeth was the Graduate Assistant for the DRC and served as Project Manager for select projects. She is also a certified public teacher and licensed nurse.
Elizabeth earned a master’s degree in English literature and the inaugural certificate in Digital Humanities from UH’s CLASS in 2019. Go Coogs!
