Christina H. Gola is Dean of Libraries, and the Elizabeth D. Rockwell Chair, at the University of Houston. Prior to this role, she served UH Libraries in various leadership capacities, most recently as associate dean for organizational development. Christina is a recognized leader and mentor in the library profession with over 20 years of experience, has served on numerous state and national committees, including as a Leadership Fellow in the Association of Research Libraries and President of the Texas Library Association. She has published and presented on student success and information literacy, library leadership, leading change, and employee success.
